1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. Therefore, we provide a clear and flexible cancellation policy.
For all orders (standard and custom):
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without any reason.
After 24 hours:
- For standard orders, you can contact our customer service team to check whether the order has been shipped. If the package has not been sent, we will assist you in canceling the order.
- For custom or personalized orders, please note that cancellation is not possible after 24 hours because production has already started.
This ensures we can serve you efficiently while respecting the effort and resources involved in your order.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange
Within 30 days of receiving your items, if there are any issues, you can choose to return or exchange them, provided the items are new or only slightly used.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized items: unless they arrive damaged or defective, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- If the item received does not fit, is damaged, or is significantly different from the description, you can contact customer service to request an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Process:
- Contact customer service and submit an exchange request, specifying the reason (e.g., "size too large").
- Return the item to the designated address (item must be unused and in its original packaging).
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will immediately send out the replacement.
Custom Order Exchange Instructions: If a custom item does not fit or is damaged, you do not need to return it. Please communicate the issue to customer service, and we will remake the item or replace the affected part according to your situation.
📦 Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with our product, you can contact customer service to request a return.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

- Contact customer service to submit a return request.
- Customer service will provide detailed return information via email (including the return address).
- Please use a trackable shipping method to send the item back and provide the tracking number to customer service.
🚚 Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to the product itself (defective, wrong item, or significantly different from description), shipping costs will be covered by us.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (wrong size, change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), the shipping cost will be borne by you.
3. Refund Information
Once we receive the returned item and verify it, your refund will be issued to your original payment account within 72 hours.
4. Cancel Return / Exchange Request
If you have submitted a return or exchange request but later change your mind, you can contact customer service at any time to cancel it.
5. Return Address
