We mainly ship to the following countries and regions:

👉 If you cannot find your country during checkout, please contact our customer service team and we will help you confirm whether shipping is available.

📦 Tracking

All shipped orders will be provided with a trackable number via email, and you can check the delivery status anytime on 17track.

2 Processing & Delivery Time

Your delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time

Customized items: generally require 15–20 days for preparation.
Standard items: generally require 10–15 days for preparation.

Shipping Time

We offer two shipping methods:

Expedited Shipping: handled by FedEx / DHL, usually takes 4–5 business days.
Standard Shipping: assigned to the best available local carrier depending on destination, usually takes 7–15 business days.

In rare cases, your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:

Import policies or customs clearance in the destination country
Major holidays or peak seasons (such as Christmas, New Year)
Force majeure (such as weather conditions, flight delays, etc.)

If you have a strict delivery deadline (e.g. birthday gift, moving house), please contact us before placing your order.

3 Address Restrictions

💡 To ensure successful delivery, please note:

PO BOX addresses cannot be used for expedited shipping, as couriers do not deliver to post office boxes.
APO addresses (U.S. military addresses) are not accepted for any shipping method. Please provide an alternative deliverable address.
